When the smartphone is correctly attached to the andi wireless charger, the second lamp on the back of the charging head is constantly blue. If this lamp flashes red, the smartphone is not properly docked, which interrupts the charging process. Reconnect your smartphone and check the correct positioning.
Errors are displayed as follows:
- The flashing blue light indicates that the power supply is too high
- The flashing red light indicates that the power supply is too low
- The constant red light indicates that the short circuit fuse or overcurrent protection has been activated.
In each of these cases, the power supply was automatically interrupted. Disconnect the device and then plug it in again. If the problem still exists, please make sure that you have only used andi certified accessories. Otherwise, replace it immediately. If this still does not work, try another power supply.

The charging process of the smartphone does not start.
Check the control lights on the back of the andi charger. When the power supply is correct, the control light is constantly blue. Errors are indicated as follows:
The flashing blue light indicates that the power supply is too high. The power supply was interrupted automatically. Use a suitable power plug or an other socket.
The flashing red light indicates that the power supply is too low. The power supply was interrupted automatically. Use a suitable power plug or an other socket.
